1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbsp milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (I used mini chocolate chips)
12 oz. dark melting chocolate (I used Ghiradelli melting wafers)
