As soon as summer rolls around, shrimp becomes a popular food in my house. My husband loves to experiment with it; whether it’s boiled, grilled, or fried–he loves it!! I’m really digging the idea of wrapping them in egg roll wrappers. It creates a really cool presentation–certainly THE hit appetizer for any party.
